In a hundred years
No one will know my name
I won't be on anyone's mind
I won't have a claim to fame
I might be a distant memory
In a scrapbook on a shelf
My kids will be gone too
The last link left of myself
Their kids might remember grandma
As they tell stories of their own
But unless I take a picture
I'll be a faceless portrait all alone
